Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days and delivered anywhere in Karachi within 4 to 7 working days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. During sale periods or public holidays, dispatch may take an extra day, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Returns

If something isn’t right, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return it. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 4 to 5 working days. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
